PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 SHIPPING METHODS

We work with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the destination and package type.

The most commonly available options include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (subject to availability)

Additional shipping options may be offered at checkout depending on the selected carrier.

Please note that these options and their associated rates are determined entirely by the carrier and are outside the direct control of ATLAN inc.

Delivery times listed in this policy are provided for reference only and may vary based on:

 SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • The weight and dimensions of the package
  • The delivery address
  • The selected shipping method

Free shipping is offered for orders of $500 CAD or more (before taxes) delivered within Canada.
Some exclusions may apply (e.g., oversized items, remote areas).
Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders at this time.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to the carrier’s website

You’ll be able to track your package in real time until it is delivered.

DELIVERY DELAYS & ISSUES

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, ATLAN inc. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us promptly at info@atlaninc.com with your order number.

RECEIPT & INSPECTION

We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery.
If an item is damaged or missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can take appropriate action.
