We know that intense sports in demanding and unpredictable conditions can lead to tears and wear-related damage. We also firmly believe that these issues shouldn't prevent you from enjoying your favorite activities and staying active.

That's why we provide repair services for wetsuits as well as neoprene and nylon drysuits.

Conditions for repairs

Repair times may vary depending on our production volume. The estimated timeframe will be communicated to you when you drop off your item for repair.

Listed prices are for reference only. Actual costs will be provided following the initial assessment, as they may vary based on parts availability and the complexity of the repair.

Items must be clean and dry before being submitted for repair. A cleaning fee will be charged if this condition is not met, as we do not offer cleaning services.

The initial evaluation of repair needs is free of charge.
For custom repairs, a complementary assessment will be conducted by our specialists. If no repair is performed, a $10 administrative fee will apply.

The rate for custom repairs is $140 per hour, plus the cost of parts.

ATLAN products that are no longer under warranty receive a 10% discount on repairs.

Delivery is not included in the repair costs.

Repairs must be paid in full at the time of pickup or prior to delivery.

Repairs are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of the pickup or delivery (This warranty does not extend to the rest of the product).

Completed repairs must be picked up or delivered within 3 months. After this period, a $5/day administrative fee will be charged.

We are unable to repair items that have been previously repaired with glue as it may damage our equipment.

For items from other brands, ATLAN assumes no responsibility if the repair voids the manufacturer’s warranty. It is your responsibility to verify warranty conditions before proceeding.
